Miss Amy began dancing at the age of three and started taking dancing seriously at the age of 11. She has studied ballet, jazz, contemporary, acro, modern, hip hop, musical theatre and more. She began teaching at 13 and fell in love with it! Her interest in more technical styles of dance led her to study at intensive programs such as the School of Alberta Ballet and Canada’s National Ballet School. She has won numerous awards and scholarships through competitive dance. At the age of 17, Miss Amy moved to New York City to accept a scholarship to study at the Joffrey Ballet School. Her highlight of living in NYC was performing in a Louis Vuitton exhibition for New York Fashion Week! After moving back to Canada, Miss Amy rediscovered her passion for teaching and is very excited to teach at Revolution!
