As a premier dance studio, we cater to kids of all ages, from tiny tots in our Explore Dance program (Ages 2-4) to seasoned dancers exploring the realms of Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Lyrical, Contemporary, and Hip-Hop. We will continue to provide personalized attention while offering age-appropriate material and fostering a positive, nurturing environment that encourages self-expression and personal growth.
Small Class Sizes
At Revolution Dance Studio, we believe that personalized attention is key to fostering each dancer's growth and development. To ensure this, we intentionally keep our class sizes small, allowing our skilled instructors to provide individualized guidance and support. This approach not only helps our dancers refine their techniques and skills but also allows for meaningful connections to be built between students and instructors. By creating an environment where each dancer feels seen and valued, we ensure that every student can reach their full potential and thrive in their dance journey.
Recreational Classes
Our recreational program is designed for students who want to embrace the joy of dance in a fun and relaxed environment. Catering to dancers from ages 3 to 18, we offer a variety of classes that encourage exploration and creativity. For dancers aged 10 and up, our Tween classes provide the perfect opportunity to either start their dance journey or return after a break. Additionally, all recreational students, regardless of age, have the exciting chance to showcase their progress and passion by participating in our winter and year-end recitals. Competition Team
Whether you are a recreational dancer or a former competition participant, we invite you to join our competition program. We believe everyone deserves the chance to experience the excitement and growth of participating in dance competitions. To ensure each dancer has a positive and rewarding experience, we group students by age, experience, and ability. Competitions offer a fantastic opportunity for students to perform, gain confidence, and become more comfortable on stage. We participate in 3-4 competitions in Calgary and several out-of-town events each year, providing our dancers with diverse and enriching performance experiences.
